Mama Disclaimer

Here's the deal folks: being a mama (or daddy) is hard. We all make different choices and even if I don't follow the same choices as you, I respect your choices and I hope you do the same.

I am opinionated about what I feed my daughter. But frankly, I don't care what you do with your children. You make your own choices and it's none of my business.

Please don't see what I write here as an attack on what you feed your kids.  I was raised on processed foods and I turned out just fine. There will be times when Baby G gets processed foods and the world will not end.

This site is a resource. My goal is to show you how easy it can be to make your own food.

Just as I respect your choices, I hope you respect mine. I have learned through my years of blogging that no matter how healthy I eat, some people will think it's not enough. Yes, I make my own bread, but I don't grind my own flour. And if I ground my own flour, then there would be people out there asking why I don't grow my own wheat. There will always be people more hard core and that's fine. We are all doing our best and that's all we can do.

I hope you enjoy following our journey and I hope I inspire you to try a few recipes for yourself and your family.

Respectfully yours,
Kimberly
